As you can see, the rubbish here is humongous. What you don't see is that this was taken under an overhead bridge. People tend to think that since this is a secluded area and covered, it is okay to throw litter anyhow because the police won't catch them.
Solutions: Provide bins nearby this area.

This picture was taken from the forth floor of a block which was constructing it's lift. This rubble is the cause of much grumbling among residents.
Solutions: Provide different bins with labeled names, for example: plastic, paper (kind of like the recycling bins). In the case of the rubble, provide something like those big trash bins to contain them.
Causes: Construction Sites
The hole is clogged up in all of these pictures. I don't know what is the use of this but it has certainly been an ugly scene to see in Singapore, which is called The Green City (i think). Outsiders would see this as a habit of Singaporeans: laziness. If you see around this area there is plenty of rubbish bins but people still insist on throwing their rubbish here. Talk about wasting our rubbish bins.
Solutions: Put those non-lidded rubbish bins on this spot covered with tiles. So that residents can throw just like that and not dirty the environment.
