Another HotSpot would be the Tampines CC. A lot of rubbish was found scattered over the place.

The reason being why it is one of the places with a lot of litter is because there are many people living near that place. It is also surrounded by many public places.

A way we can reduce the number of litter in Singapore is to put up posters listing the consequences of being a litterbug, even if it means throwing a piece of tissue on the floor.
